Effigy Protest Leaves BJP Leaders With Burns In Warangal
Hyderabad: Two BJP leaders were injured while burning Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao's effigy in Hanamkonda to protest against the rape of the nine-year-old baby.
The BJP leaders had staged a protest at Ambedkar statue demanding strict action against the accused.
The leaders had burnt effigies of the CM and suffered burn injuries.
Warangal urban district leader Padmareddy suffered burn injuries in his hand while he other Srinivas too was seriously injured. They were taken to MGM hospital.
Srinivas is said to be critical.
