Telangana TDP Mahila President Shobha Rani To Resign
Hyderabad: In a shock to Telangana TDP, Mahila State President Bandru Shobha Rani is likely to quit the party. As per the sources, she will be tendering her resignation shortly. It is learned that Shobha Rani has already been holding talks with the TRS high command and is expected to join TRS in the near future. Many of the key TDP leaders from Telangana are already joining the TRS, while others are joining the BJP.
The party leaders along with Shobha Rani appealed to the TDP supremo Chandrababu Naidu to allocate the Nalgonda and Bhuvanagiri parliament seats in the Telangana Lok Sabha polls. However, with no response from the party high command in this regard, the TDP leaders have decided to say goodbye to the TDP.
The party leaders claim that the TDP candidates will win in the Lok Sabha polls. Particularly, in these two Lok Sabha seats, TDP has a strong cadre, but it is not being taken into consideration, said the party leaders, who are now looking for an alternative.
