People Of AP Would Defeat Chandrababu Naidu: KTR
Hyderabad: TRS working president KT Rama Rao on Monday addressed the media saying that Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu is unnecessarily attacking Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao and the TRS.
Terming Chandrababu's allegations on KCR as baseless, he said that the AP CM was frustrated, hence is indulging in senseless criticism.
Expressing that TRS has no objection with Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan conducting his election campaign in Telangana, KTR clarified that their party would not interfere in AP politics but added the people of AP would defeat Chandrababu.
Earlier, Pawan Kalyan had criticized KCR for 'interfering' with politics in AP.
Stating that KCR was the key person in TRS victory for the Lok Sabha elections, the party working president said that the people of Telangana have immense faith in the Chief Minister, hence they will ensure TRS victory in 16 Lok Sabha seats of the state.
With the Congress and other Opposition parties claiming that the TRS President won't contribute towards the state even if the people vote for him and help the party win 16 Lok Sabha seats, KTR said KCR's political wisdom is being underestimated which is why such allegations are leveled against him.
He shared that the Chief Minister would play a crucial role in the formation of government at the Centre after Lok Sabha results on May 23 and if needed, would also launch a national party according to the political situation.
