Congress Will Rise In Telangana, Predicts Uttam

Hyderabad: Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) president N Uttam Kumar Reddy opened up about Congress party losing in the recently held assembly elections in Telangana. Talking to the media he added, there are a plethora of reasons which contributed to Congress’s failure at the ballot box. Uttam Kumar Reddy exuded confidence that Congress party would bounce back and will perform well in the upcoming Parliament elections this year.

Later the State Congress president spoke at the meeting organized for the party leaders at Gandhi Bhavan after hoisting the national flag as part of Republic Day celebrations. Uttam Kumar Reddy remarked that the Telangana government and Union governments are not functioning in harmony with the Supreme Court, Election Commission and Reserve Bank of India leading to many objections.

Uttam Kumar Reddy observed that Congress will rise after the recent defeat. He added Congress party has seen many ups and downs in the past, in the same way, it would rise again in the State and do well in the Parliament elections. Also present at the event at Gandhi Bhavan were MLA D Sreedhar Babu, MLC Ponguleti Sudhakar Reddy and State Congress Seva Dal president Janardhan Reddy.
