Aswaraopeta, Yellandu: Tough Ones To Predict

Aswaraopeta (ST): Aswaraopeta (ST) constituency is under the Bhadradri Kothagudem district of Telangana. This constituency falls under the Khammam Lok Sabha constituency and was formed under the re-organisation of constituencies in 2009. Thati Venkateswarlu won the seat from the YSR Congress party and later switched over to TRS and is now running for the second term from the same party. The number of voters in the constituency is 1,42,573. TDP has fielded Matcha Nageswar Rao from this constituency as their candidate. Of two elections conducted in the past Congress and YSR Congress have won on one occasion each.

Yellandu (ST): Yellandu constituency is under the Bhadradri Kothagudem district of Telangana. This constituency falls under the Mahabubabad Lok Sabha constituency. In the dissolved House Koram Kanakaiah from the Congress party represented this constituency. Kanakaiah won against Banoth Haripriya Nayak, a Telugu Desam candidate from the constituency with a majority of 10,000. Total number of voters in the constituency are 1,93,204.

Yellandu(ST) has been mostly won by the independents next to them is CPI(ML) leader Gummadi Narasiah, who won the seat for five times.

Kanakaiah is seeking a second term from the TRS party, against Banoth Haripriya from the Congress party.
