Chandrababu, A Double-Crosser, Hungry For Power: Asaduddin Owaisi

Hyderabad: Terming Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister and Telugu Desam Party (TDP) Chief Nara Chandrababu Naidu as a betrayer, All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) President Asaduddin Owaisi confessed to having been approached by the TDP seeking the MIM's support to the proposed anti-BJP national front. In a furious attack at the TDP Chief, he said his party would never compromise with either Chandrababu or Congress President Rahul Gandhi.

Asaduddin Owaisi recalled that Chandrababu betrayed people on numerous occasions and that everyone were aware of the fact that he had deceived his father-in-law NTR with a conspiracy to dethrone the TDP founder as the Chief Minister. Pointing out that the TDP was also responsible for the Gujarat riots, he said that at the time of the riots Chandrababu supported the NDA government back then.

"We are not power hungry. At any cost, the MIM will not support the Congress," he affirmed.
