Who Wants Chandrababu Again In Telangana Asks KCR

KCR - Sakshi Post

Deverakonda: Caretaker Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao asked a massive gathering at an election rally here as to who needs Chandrababu to rule over Telangana again. He pointed out that Telangana statehood had been achieved after prolonged struggle and that the people of the state would never agree to the handing over of reins to Chandrababu Naidu once again. KCR told a cheering audience that the AP Chief Minister had created many obstacles in the past. Wagging a finger at Chandrababu, KCR thundered "Bidda nee rajakeeyam chelladu" (son, such politics will not work here). He cautioned Chandrababu against getting involved in the politics of Telangana and said that it was unfortunate that the Congress party was backing TDP and Chandrababu to the hilt.

KCR said that Chandrababu Naidu's involvement in the upcoming elections was a serious matter not to be taken casually. It was a question of life and death for the people of the state, he observed. It was upto the masses to crush Chandrababu, he said. KCR clarified that by this he meant that Chandrababu and his party should be stamped out at the hustings. They should be voted out by the people emphatically, he added.

Addressing another election rally for the TRS candidate, Vemula Veeresham at Nakrekal on Wednesday afternoon , KCR described Chandrababu Naidu as the biggest threat Telangana is currently facing in the context of the elections. "Chandrababu has his own state to rule and while we have 119 aasembly constituencies, AP has 175," he said. KCR added that Chandrababu still cast his eye on Telangana and remarked that he was confident that the people of Nakrekal would vote for TRS and send the TDP and Congress packing. The caretaker chief minister flayed Congress leaders Jana Reddy and Uttam Kumar Reddy, who also belonged to the district, saying they knew they could not defeat him and hence brought in Chandrababu Naidu. The AP chief minister came piggyback riding thanks to the Congress, he observed.

KCR reminded the mammoth gathering that he had said in the past that "though a person from Andhra would stab them (people of Telangana), it would be a person from Telangana who would give him the knife." His words now came true, KCR commented. He was certain that the people of the state would vote out the Mahakutami and teach the Congress a lesson (vachchetodu -TDP and techchetodu- Congress). KCR said that the people of state will not become slaves of Amaravati as the Congress wants them to be.
