How Much Are Danam Nagender’s Assets Worth? 

Hyderabad: Former Congress leader and Danam Nagender, who is now contesting on a TRS ticket from Khairatabad, disclosed his movable and immovable assets the other day.

Listing himself as a social worker, his wealth has grown by Rs 20.48 crore in four years. Movable assets (investment, cash and shares):

2014 - Rs 2,50,09,545 crore

2018 - Rs 22,98,28,052 crore.

Immovable assets (properties, residence and commercial buildings) grew from Rs 3 crore to 4.5 crore.

He has Jewelry worth Rs 3.25 crores while his wife has 3.75 crores. Interestingly his wife D. Anita owns more than him and has properties worth Rs 9 crore.

Liabilities grew from Rs 5.65 crore to Rs 40.72 crore. A large chunk of loan was sought from Bhagyanagar Infra Structure Limited, Prime Properties, Siddhartha Infratech and Srihari Devi Private Limited. He has paid income tax to a tune of Rs 15.78 lakh and has no criminal cases pending against him, according to his declaration.
