Public To Come Voluntarily To Pragathi Nivedana Sabha: TRS
Karimnagar: Telangana Finance Minister Etela Rajender said that the State government increased the commission rate to ration dealers from Rs 20 per ton to Rs 70 per ton. Speaking to media here today, the minister said that the pending dues and the difference amount would be handed over to the dealers in the form of cheques, from September 1.
Rajender said that the Telangana government stood as the only government to provide financial support to the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and the Backward Classes. Asked about the defection of leaders from the party, he felt that the defection of leaders was common at the time of elections.
The Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) leader informed that the State government, by allotting Rs 5 crore fund and five acres of land to around 60 social communities, provided benefit to all sections of society. Adding that thousands of people were ready to travel to Hyderabad to attend the 'Pragathi Nivedana Sabha', by buses, cars, and SUVs from Karimnagar, he said that the government was expecting public in huge numbers to come voluntarily to the public meet. He added that the meeting was being held to explain to the public, the progress of the State in the past four years.
