Opposition United Against TRS: Kodandaram

TJS chief Prof. Kodandaram - Sakshi Post

Hyderabad: Telangana Jana Samithi (TJS) chief Prof. Kodandaram criticized the Telangana government for its style of functioning. The former Osmania University Professor said that people of the State were fed up of Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao's (KCR) governance, and that TJS was determined to oust the Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) from power in the upcoming elections.

He demanded that KCR explain the rate of unemployment in the State. "There is a need for him to explain the diversion of Rs 1 lakh crore of Central funds, which were meant for job creation," he asserted.

Kodandaram said that not even daily wage workers had been receiving wages. He warned that should the same situation continue, the TRS government would be thrown out of power. "The Chief Minister provided police security to the sapling he planted. Why is it that he does not have love farmers' crops?" he questioned.

The TJS Chief promised that a strong political unity will be achieved in the fight against TRS government in the next few months. He added that an action plan would be implemented in September second week.
