TRS Leaders Interfering In Govt Affairs: Congress
Hyderabad: Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (T-PCC) Working Committee President Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka questioned the Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) government over breaking protocols in government affairs. Speaking to media at Gandhi Bhavan here today, the Congress leader said that all government affairs had to be carried out in the purview of the officers, but the TRS leaders were interfering in all the affairs.
The Congress Working Committee President said that the TRS leaders broke the protocol during the inauguration of new Panchayats across the State. "In my constituency, the Chairman of the Telangana State Seed Development Corporation inaugurated the new Panchayat office. How can the government perform such events without the presence of local leaders and officers?" he questioned. These kind of programs have to be carried out under the government officers' supervision, but TRS leaders broke the protocol, he remarked.
Bhatti Vikramarka further said that it was cruel on part of the government to transfer the MPDO who had escalated the issue to higher officials. "I have complained about this issue to the Chief Secretary and the District Collector. If similar governance continues to prevail in the State, the Collectors might have to be replaced by the TRS leaders, he criticized.
