Telangana ministers, who have been so serious over Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy for ensuring the rejection of AP Reorganisation Bill -2013 in the assembly, are planning to boycott the budget session of the state assembly.

Talks are going on over the issue between the Telangana ministers and the MLAs. They are planning to express their anger by not taking part in the Vote on account budget session, which begins on Monday.

They are also readying to protest over the attitude of both chief minister Kiran Kumar Reddy and  Speaker Nadendla Manohar. The state cabinet will meet at Assembly Committee Hall at 9 am tomorrow to approve the budget. At 10.08 am, the finance minister Anam Ramnarayana Reddy will present the budget in the assembly.
