Telangana govt. to recruit another 2000 constables soon

Hyderabad: Here comes a good news for those waiting to get into police department.Telangana government is going to issue recruitment notification for nearly 2,000 constable posts.

The Home Ministry has issued orders on Thursday and Finance Ministry has also approved to fill the vacant posts. After the official clearance of approval from government, Telangana State Police Recruitment Board will issue the recruitment notification.

Out of the total vacant posts, 1,702 posts are vacant at Armed Reserve (AR) division, while Civil division comprises of 298 posts.

The recruitment process will be closely scrutinized by Commissionerate. The Hyderabad Commissonerate would be allotted 1,055 AR constable posts while the Cyberabad Commissonerate would be allotted 255 civil division and 599 AR constable posts.

Earlier, the state government had issued recruitment notification for 9,613 constables posts and 510 Sub Inspector vacancies. The written examinations for these posts are scheduled on 24th April and 17th April respectively.
