Telangana Assembly Winter Session To Start From December 16 

Hyderabad: Telangana winter session of the Legislative Assembly will be held from December 16.

A meeting of the state Cabinet, to be chaired by KCR, will be held on December 10. Ahead of the session, a conference of district collectors will be organised on December 14

A release from the chief minister's office said, "Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao requested Assembly Secretary Raja Sadaram to send a request note to Governor E S L Narasimhan regarding convening the winter session."

KCR held a preparatory meeting on the winter session with the ministers and the assembly secretary on Wednesday. A decision to this effect has been taken by the Business Advisory Committe (BAC) of the Assembly.
