Teenager Leaves Home Fearing Cancer

A teenager, Nagapuri Harika (19) left home after writing a letter to her parents Sambaiah and Lavanya that she is suffering from Cancer and wanted to commit suicide.
According to police, Harika resides in Rana Pratap Nagar of Borabanda in Hyderabad. She was pursuing Chartered Accountancy at a private college in Ameerpet. On Friday morning, she left home after informing her mother that was going to college. However, at 1:30 p.m. when her father called her mobile the phone was found ringing in their home with the note. The parents enquired with friends and college authorities about Harika till late on Friday. A complaint has been lodged with the Sanathnagar police.
