Techie held for sending obscene messages in Hyderabad

An IT professional was arrested by Cyber Crime police for sending abusive and lewd messages to his female colleague on Saturday. 

According to reports, a software engineer in Amazon Pvt Ltd, had developed friendship with a female co-employee. However, they parted their ways after some days due to personal differences.

To take revenge on the girl, he started harassing her by sending obscene and abusive messages.

The victim approached the police and lodged a complaint. 

During the course of investigation, police found the mobile phone used in sending the abusive SMSes and the call details were analysed which led to the arrest of accused Muralidhar Tankala.
