TDP resorted to diversionary tactics: YSRCP

YSR Congress Party MLAs said that the TDP have not allowed to debate on the people's problems and used diversionary tactics to cover up the government’s failure in implementing its poll promises.

Speaking to the media at the Assembly lobby, YSRCP MLAs Srikanth Reddy, Chand Basha, Narayanaswamy and Pratap Kumar Reddy said Assembly speaker Kodela Sivaprasad Rao behaved in a unilateral way and favoured the Government in the house.
The Government has completely failed to respond on the issues like agricultural crisis, DWCRA loan waiver, farmer loan waiver, making contract workers permanent, issues of IKC and Anganwadi workers, the MLAs said.
They also said the TDP members have not even allowed them to speak on the issues relating to the minorities.
The ruling party should be ashamed of the way the Assembly session conducted, they added.
