TDP offered ministry to Akhila Priya if I defect: Bhuma Nagi Reddy

Nandyal MLA Bhuma Nagi Reddy on Wednesday revealed that the TDP leaders tried to lure him into their party. They even offered ministry to my daughter Akhila Priya, he said.

He said it was only after he refused to join the TDP that the cases were foisted against him. He said the cases booked against him were politically motivated.
Speaking to the media after attending the YSRCP Legislature Party meeting chaired by YS Jagan, the Nandyal MLA said the cases foisted on him were vindictive in nature, politically motivated and against the spirit of democratic functioning.
He made it clear that cases could not deter him and he would continue to serve for the people of his constituency.
He further said that he would speak on the issue in the ensuing Assembly session. "Position of power is never permanent. Today he may have power, tomorrow it could be gone. You cannot guarantee how long power lasts. Chandrababu would become former CM if he looses power," the YSRCP leader asserted.
