TDP neglecting Rayalaseema: YSRCP - Sakshi Post

Coming down heavily on Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu for his remarks at the Kurnool public meeting, YSR Congress has said that the TDP government has no intention of developing Rayalaseema and development has an altogether different meaning for the Chief Minister.

"There are no signs of development anywhere in the state after the TDP took over. For the Chief Minister development means the well-being of his family business and that of his coterie," party MLA G Srikanth Reddy told reporters on Monday.

Brushing aside the remarks that some local leaders are stalling the development process in Rayalaseema, he said that it was during the period of YSR that major irrigation projects like Galeru-Nagari, Hundri-Neva etc have taken shape and have come closer to completion.

It was during YSR term that faction feuds have come to an end and the region has seen development", but the TDP term has always been neglecting the region and blaming others for its non-performance. That was the reason for Chandrababu Naidu," he said.
