TDP MLA’s wife fears threat for life from husband
A complaint was filed against Kikaluru TDP MLA Ramana on Thursday by his wife, Sunita. In her complaint she accused the MLA of trying to kill her.
This is the third time Sunita has filed a complaint against her husband. On receiving Sunita's complaint, Kikaluru police registered a domestic violence case against Ramana.
In addition, the court also slapped two more cases, IPC section 307(attempt to murder) and 384 (forcefully signing on the divorce papers) by the court.
In 2012, the couple decided to get divorced, and had met senior Civil Judge. But he asked the duo to go in for counselling. After counselling Sunita had a change of heart and decided to stay with her husband.
