TDP Days Are Numbered: YSRCP

YSRCP MLA Anil Kumar Yadav - Sakshi Post

Visakhapatnam: YSR Congress Party MLA Anil Kumar Yadav predicted that the days of TDP are numbered in the state. Speaking at the Deception Day Protest here today, he said that the TDP would not even get the opposition party status in the next elections. After the four year TDP-rule, everyone had understood the rampant corruption prevailing in the state, he said and added that people would definitely not spare him.

The YSRCP MLA remarked that Chandrababu was a bad omen to the state and this was the reason there were no proper rainfall. "The state is haunted by Chandra Grahanam (lunar eclipse) and that the state would be rid of it only if it elects YSRCP President YS Jagan Mohan Reddy," he pointed out.

Anil Kumar said that YS Jagan represents a clean and fair political regime unlike Chandrababu. He said that five crore people of the state had trusted the YSRCP Chief and bestowed their faith on him. Everyone was aware that it was theYSRCP that was fighting for the Special category Status (SCS) to AP for the last four years.

Speaking at the Deception Day Protest, YSRCP MP from Tirupati, who had resigned for the sake of SCS to AP, Varaprasad, said that Chandrababu has the distinction of being the most untruthful Chief Minister in the country. He was also the only CM who had visited New Delhi 29 times and achieved nothing for the state. Dubbing him as an inefficient CM, Varaprasad said that despite being in power in the state and centre, the TDP was unable to get the promises made in AP Bifurcation Act fulfilled, he asserted.

Varaprasad expressed his surprise over the debts incurred by the state and said that in united AP the total debt was Rs 90,000 crores while for the last four years, the state has accumulated debt of Rs 1.30 lakh crores. He alleged that the Prime Minister Narendra Modi had not reacted after YSRCP MPs resigned and took up indefinite hunger strike.

The YSRCP leader wondered why Chandrababu had taken up one day fast. Was it not to misguide the people, he asked. He said it was sad that Chandrababu was behaving like a company CEO and not as a state CM. A fitting answer to Chandrababu's misdeeds was to elect YSRCP Chief YS Jagan as the next CM, he added.
