TDP activists shoot one another
Shootout between two TDP leaders in the forest areas of Chittoor has created sensation.
The shootout occurred in Somala-Peddapanjani on the border of the district and one of the activists was injured.
Raghu and Narasimhulu, from Anjammagaripalli of Somala mandal, went for hunting in nearby forest area. Both were involved in firing. Raghu, who suffered bullet wounds, is being treated at CMC Vellore and Narasimhulu at a private hospital at present.
However, the ruling party leaders are reportedly exerting pressure on the police officials to exonerate both.
The police officials are now saying that they would register a case only if anyone complained to them about the incident.
