T-TDP Leader Attempts Suicide In Presence Of Chandrababu Naidu

Warangal: A TTDP leader tried to commit suicide in the presence of AP CM Chandrababu Naidu after he was obstructed by security personnel while trying to meet the latter at a marriage function here on Friday.

Arsham Swami, a TDP leader attended a marriage of the former Mulugu MLA Seethakka's son in Hanmakonda. When he saw Chandrababu Naidu at the wedding, he tried to approach him to speak about his financial constraints, but he was obstructed by party leaders.

Feeling humiliated and depressed Swami poured kerosene on him and attempted to commit suicide but he was stopped by some people present at the function.

"I approached him to speak about by financial problem. I felt depressed when the party leaders stopped me and I tried to commit suicide," he said. Even after this, he could not meet his party president who did not bother to find out what was happening.
