Gang steals Ex-MP's suitcase in Hyderabad

A gang of thieves stole ex-MP's suitcase belonging to former Nagarkurnool MP Manda Jagannatham by diverting his driver's attention near MJ Market in Hyderabad. The suitcase contained unspecified amount of cash and valuables. 

According to reports, Srinivas Reddy ,driver of the Ex-MP's car stopped the vehicle at MJ Market to attend some personal work.

As he got down from the car, a stranger told him that the MP's car had stepped on a hurdle. While the driver was checking the problem, an unidentified person opened the front door of the vehicle and fled with the suitcase kept on the seat. 

Realising that he was conned, Srinivas approached  the Abids police immediately. Police registered a case under section 379 of the IPC.
