State to send missing pilgrims' photos to Uttarakhand
The state government on Thursday announced that 278 pilgrims from Andhra Pradesh who are still missing in Uttarakhand.
According to reports, 153 from Hyderabad, 68 from Ranga Reddy, 19 from Kurnool, 10 each from Vizag, Kadapa and Chittoor, 6 people from Guntur, 3 from Ananthapuram and West Godavari districts and 2 from Nizamabad district are yet missing or feared dead in Uttarakhand flood region.
The state government has decided to send the photographs of missing people to Uttarakhand government. The state government has requested the relatives of the missing people to drop photographs at the district collectorate and Tasildar offices.
The government has also asked the relatives and friends of the missing people to give the contact number from where they received the last call.
