Secondary Education Minister K. Parthasarathi on Friday declared the results of Andhra Pradesh SSC examinations held in March this year. More than 10 lakh students appeared for the exams.

Like every year, girls have fared better than the boys this year too. Compared to last year, there's a 0.24% leap in the number of pass outs. 172 governments have recorded 100% pass percentage. Three government schools and five municipal schools in the state have nil success in the exams with 0% passouts. Gurukul schools too have recorded 94.99% pass numbers. 1103 Zilla Parishad schools have secured 100% results.

Total number of students appeared: 11,96,076

Pass Percentage: 88.08%

Boys: 87%
