Speaker suspends 13 Cong MLAs from T Assembly

13 Congress MLAs were on Tuesday suspended by Telangana Assembly Speaker S Madhusudanachari for a day for stalling the proceedings of the house.

Soon after the house assembled for the day, the Congress leaders demanded a discussion on the adjournment motion against the defections to the TRS. The Congress alleged taht the defections were being encouraged by the Chief Minister himself and wanted the house to debate it.
The speaker adjourned the house twice but could not restore order even after it re-assembled.The Congress MLAs shouted slogans and trooped into the well of the house. There were differences of opinion among the Congress MLAs as Jana Reddy did not support the idea of trooping into the well. With no signs of respite, Minister Harish Rao moved a motion for suspending the protesting Congress leaders and speaker announced suspension of them.
The suspended MLAs include Jeevan Reddy, DK Aruna, Komtareddy Venkat Reddy, Geetha Reddy, Bhatti Vikramarka, Sampath Kumar, Puvvada Ajay, Uttam Kumar Reddy, Bhaskar Rao, Krishna Reddy, Ramreddy Venkat Reddy, Rammohan Reddy and Padmavathi Reddy.
