Social Media Activist Booked In Tadpatri For Posting Against JC Prabhakar Reddy

The government repression on social media activism is continuing unabated. After arresting Political Punch admin Inturi Ravindra, the police have arrested IT employee Ravindra Ippala from Bengaluru on May 17. The Tadpatri police on Saturday registered another case against Ravindra Ippala accusing him of posting content against TDP MLA JC Prabhakar Reddy.

He was brought on PT warrant from Vizag jail on Saturday and he would be produced in the Tadpatri court.

Opposition YSRCP strongly protested this case and staged a dharna in front of the Tadpatri police station. The police were deployed in a large number near Tadpatri court.
