Singer’s Sister Sued Over Car Accident

Los Angeles: Noah Cyrus, sister of pop star Miley Cyrus, is reportedly being sued for causing a car accident.

The 16-year-old was texting behind the wheel when driving her mother’s Jeep in Los Angeles before slamming into the back of another car.

According to TMZ, the 16-year-old was texting behind the wheel when driving her mother Tish Cyrus’ Jeep on the 101 in Los Angeles before slamming into the back of another car. The victim named EJ Hawkins was sent to the hospital and later filed a lawsuit against Noah claiming that he suffered loss of love, affection, companionship, comfort, society and sexual relations in addition to the physical pain as a result of the incident.

Hawkins also named Tish Cyrus as defendant in the suit because she let her young daughter drive the jeep. Noah is the youngest kid in the family and she’s currently trying to launch her own music career.
