Here's a shocking news!! The piracy bug has bitten Pawan Kalyan's Agnyaathavaasi and Nani's MCA, which are releasing on January 10. The producers of both the films have approached the Central Crime Station on Wednesday. Agnyaathavaasi producer Radhakrishna and MCA producer Dil Raju have said that some unidentified people were demanding money for not leaking the film online
It may be recalled that Trivikram-Pawan's earlier film Attarintiki Daredi too was affected by piracy before its release. Dil Raju claimed that there were similar threats for his earlier movie Jawan. He said he had lodged a complaint at that time.
The menace of piracy is causing a loss of Rs 1000 crore to the film industry every year and is robbing the Government of Rs 100 crore revenue.
