Shock to cine-goers as ticket prices hiked
Next time, when you are going to movie, just check it up as you have to carry more money. The state Government has decided to increase the prices of cinema tickets.
The government has issued a GO to this effect on Friday. The increased amount will come into effect immediately.
The government also issued the new rules and guidelines for cinema halls and multiplexes. They should show the parking facility without disruption to traffic and stern action would be taken if the owners sold cool drinks and other desserts with high prices.
This decision has brought a great relief for theater owners.
