Sharmila surgery: TDP plays it safe now!

YSR Congress party leader, Sharmila who's on a walkathon titled 'Maro Praja Prasthanam' had posed a challenge to the TDP over their comments to her knee surgery issue.

While addressing a gathering at Devarakonda after her padayatara yesterday, Sharmila slammed the TDP saying Naidu had turned her knee surgery into a political issue. She also dared TDP to prove their statement that she had faked the knee surgery and said she was willing to fall at Naidu's feet. She had further said if their doubts were proved wrong, then they have to fall at her feet.
On Saturday, when reporters asked TDP leader Gali Muddu Krishnama Naidu about Sharmila's challenge, he reportedly chose to laugh it off saying it was a facebook prank!
It may be recalled that KCR's daughter Kavita too had said the same thing about Sharmila's knee surgery at Apollo.
It remains to be seen what the TDP's next move would be...
