YSR Congress Party leader Y S Sharmila was shocked at the sudden death of TDP veteran and former Union minister K Yerran Naidu in a road accident early today. Sharmila, who is on her Maro Praja Prasthanam in Ahobilam near Ananthapur

expressed shock on hearing the tragedy that Yerran Naidu was killed in a road accident.

The former Union minister who was a four-time MP and four-time MLA was the most popular leader among the masses in the State. "I can understand the pain and sorrow experienced by the family members when the head of the family passes away in an accident. I express my deep condolences to the bereaved family members. The family should be brave at this hour of tragedy and I pray God that his soul may rest in peace," Sharmila said in a condolence message.
