Shankar Rao agrees with Vijayamma, embarrassing Congress again

In a statement that is nothing short of a major embarrassment for the Congress party, former minister Shankar Rao said today that he was in complete agreement with the views articulated by the honorary president of the YSR Congress Party,  Y.S. Vijayamma in Medchal constituency, yesterday..

It is worth recalling that Vijayamma while addressing a large public gathering at Medchal had asked whether ministers could face the late leader Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy or look him in the eye, if he comes alive, in the context of the statements they were making.

'Ministers will not dare to look into YSR's eyes, if he comes,'' said Shankar Rao while agreeing with Vijayamma's words. He further said that it's not correct on the part of ministers to blame the late Dr. YSR for mistakes that they had committed.
 The government had seen the results quite clearly in the by-polls. But the ruling  Congress had opened its eyes to reality and had not realized its mistake yet judging by the accusations being hurled at YSR.
He criticized the Congress party saying that the government was neglecting the welfare of the people.
