Sensational comments by Governor Narasimhan

Governor of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh ESL Narasimhan on Saturday made sensational comments on the state of education in Telugu states. In another important observation, he told Chief Minister of Telangana KCR that he should further speed up the developmental processes as the first two years of his rule have already elapsed.

Telangana Jagriti chief and Nizamabad MP Kalwakuntla Kavitha has set up a Skill Development Centre in Ashok Nagar area of Hyderabad. Union Minister Rajiv Pratap Rudy inaugurated the centre. 

Speaking at the Skill Development Centre opened by Telangana Jagriti chief and TRS MP Kalwakuntla Kavitha at Ashok Nagar of Hyderabad on Saturday, he said education has become a commercial interprise and money-making has been dominating academics. He said it was heart-wrenching to see an engineering graduate working as an attender. He called for changes in the educational system.
“Saraswathi, the goddess of learning and knowledge, was fast becoming Lakshmi (giver of money),” he quipped while commenting on the state of education in the state.

Union Minister Rajiv Pratap Rudy inaugurated the Skill Development Centre. MP Kavitha was also present.
