Seemandhra stir has no impact on Centre
It appears that two months massive rest in Seemandhra cannot bring any impact on the CWC's decision of dividing Andhra Pradesh.
According to reliable sources, a cabinet note on Telangana was prepared on yesterday night and it says Hyderabad will be the capital for the districts of Telangana.
Going by the reports of the new channels, Seemandhra will have a new capital and responsibly of looking out the capital will be given to Seemandhra Congress leaders.
Sources also said that the Cabinet likely to set up a Group of Ministers to look into the issues arising out of bifurcation including sharing of river waters and other issues.
It is speculated that home ministry will circulate the note.
Some news channels reported that the Home Ministry has prepared the 22 page note and also Sushil Kumar Shinde signed it.
They also reported that the cabinet note will come up before the Union Cabinet as a table item.
Protests broke out in Seemandhra amid the reports a draft resolution for Telangana state will be coming up in the cabinet meeting on Thursday evening.
