Seemandhra Cong leaders plan violence in Hyd: Nagam
Telangana Nagara Samithi president Nagam Janardhan Reddy on Tuesday said that some Seemandhra Congress leaders were hatching a conspiracy to whip up violence in Hyderabad to divert attention from Telangana issue.
Speaking to the media persons, Nagam said Seemandhra ministers' meeting on January 17 was to scuttle Telangana state formation.
He said that he has proof of the plan of Seemandhra leaders and would disclose them at an appropriate time.
Earlier in the day, Congress leaders from Andhra and Rayalseema regions have called for a meeting in Hyderabad on Jan 17 to chalk out their strategy to oppose the bifurcation of the state.
