Sec 144 to continue in Nalgonda on Friday - Sakshi Post

Nalgonda police said that the imposed Section 144 of the CrPC (prohibiting the assembly of five or more people) at Nalgonda after the area was hit by communal tension, will continue on Friday too.

Trouble started on Monday when a few devotees protested after an autorickshaw driver of their community was attacked by members of another community after his vehicle hit a two-wheeler.
Although the situation is under control at the moment, the police has tightened security in the area to prevent any untoward incidents.
Nalgonda SP Navin Gulati said, "Some anti-social elements are trying to disturb the peace in the area by inciting communal hatred and thus the precautionary measure. Some people have also been taken into custody."
