SC verdict on Jagan's bail plea today

The Supreme Court will pronounce its judgment on the bail petition of YSR Congress party chief, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy who's been under unlawful arrest for almost a year now.
The Apex Court had heard arguments from both sides—Jagan's lawyer Harish Salve and the CBI counsel.
While the CBI in its customary way had asked the court to give them more time to conduct the investigation, Jagan's lawyer had argued that the nation's top investigating agency was deliberately delaying probe in the case to keep Jagan away from politics.
The bench headed by justice Sathasivan had questioned the CBI to explain reasons for keeping Jagan inside the prison for so long.
The court had reserved verdict on Jagan's bail petition. The judgment will be out anytime. Stay tuned for updates
