"Inexperience and misunderstandings lead to arguments in the state assemblies. In such situations discussions between the two parties is the way to resolve the disputes. Further, the Assembly is the place to solve public grievances not individual issues," the Court observed. Later, it postponed further hearing in the case to Friday.
