Supreme Court on Friday adjourned the bail petition filed by Nimmagadda Prasad, who was arrested in connection with quid pro quo, to April 30.
The counsel of Nimmagadda alleged that the CBI was dragging time in the name of investigation. The Court commented against CBI that it was not fair to ask for more time whenever the bail petition was moved.
