SC adjourns Jagan's bail petition to Oct 5 - Sakshi Post

The bail petition of YSR Congress Party President, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy which came up for hearing this morning at the Supreme Court was adjourned to October 5 by a two-member bench comprising Justices Aftab Alam and Ranjana Prakash Desai. The Bench admitted Additional Solicitor General, Mohan Parasaran's plea seeking adjournment on grounds of change of the agency's counsel.

Jagan was represented by lawyers Gopal Subramaniam and Viswanathan while Parasaran and senior counsel, Ashok Bhan argued on behalf of the CBI. It may be recalled that when the bail petition had come up for hearing on Sep 14, the CBI sought more time to file a counter, following which the hearing had been adjourned to today.
