Samaikyandhra activists gherao Sailajanath's house
To gather strength for the cause of united Andhra, the Samaikyandhra activists on Sunday gheraoed a minister's house in Ananthapur district.
The incident took place in Ananthapur town at the house of Primary Education Minister, S Sailajanath Raising slogans of "Jai Samaikyandhra", the activists surrounded the minister's house and demanded his resignation.
Police swiftly stopped the protest, arresting the activists.
