Safe drinking water and internet to every household: KTR

New Delhi: The Telangana IT and Panchayati Raj minister on Wednesday gave a power point presentation in the national capital, showcasing the 'Mission Bhagiradhi' project through which the government would provide safe drinking water and internet facility to 40 lakh household in the state.

The presentation was reportedly received well by the union minister Veerendra Singh and other state ministers and government officials.

Speaking at the meet, KTR assured that the first phase would be completed by next April, providing safe drinking water to 10 constituencies.

He clarified that all the works would be taken up in a transparent manner and defaulting contractors are being blacklisted.
