Sadak Bandh: SI on duty dies in road mishap

The sub-inspector who was on an inspection at one of the National Highways where the Sadak bandh was in progress was killed in an accident on Thursday.
Chinnappa, an SI died, while four others were seriously injured in a road accident at Jadcherla in Mahbubnagar district this morning.
According to reports, Chinnapa was handling the traffic on the highways as part of his special duty for Sadak bandh. A lorry hit his car from behind and the inspector died on the spot. The four other police personnel were critically injured.
The injured have bee admitted to nearby hospital.
