RTC refuses buses for Maha Dharna, Kothapalli protests

Police on Thursday arrested YSRCP leader Kothapalli Subbarayudu and other party workers for staging dharna at Narapuram bus depot in West Godavari district.

They were protesting against the government for not allocating buses for Maha Dharna which is to be held from Friday.

Non-allocation of buses by TDP goverment shows its politics of discrimination, alleged Kothapalli while speaking to media persons here . RTC, which allocated buses for Chandrababu's swearing-in ceremony, are not ready to lease buses for the Maha Dharna. He also expressed anguish over RTC management for the last minute denial of buses for dharna. TDP is deliberately stopping YSRCP from Mahadhrana fearing its grand successes, Kothapalli said.
