RTC employee dies of cardiac arrest

An RTC employee who was elated at getting 43 per cent fitment as part of the deal with the Government, suffered a massive cardiac stroke and died on the spot.

According to source, Narayana, an RTC employee working in Pulivendula of Kadapa district, died of shock on coming to know that the demands of the RTC employees were met by the Government. He collapsed and died on the spot.

The AP government has announced 43 per cent fitment. The arrears of the last three months would be paid during the Dasara and Diwali period and the other arrears would be paid at the time of retirement.
