Rifle Misfires Killing Constable

A rifle misfired killing a police head constable, Shaik Moinuddin on the spot in the early hours of Monday.
A native of Nalgonda district, Moinuddin was on sentry duty at the Armed Reserved Police quarters in Amberpet when the rifle was said to have misfired.
Though police officials have stated it as a case of rifle misfire, investigators are also looking into the possibility of suicide by the constable.
A case has been registered by the Amberpet police.
