Revanth Bail Plea: Verdict on June 30 - Sakshi Post

The arguments in Revanth Reddy bail case have been completed in the AP and Telangana High Court and the verdict would be announced on June 30.

While senior advocate Siddharth Luthra represented Revanth Reddy, advocate general Ramakrishna Reddy argued for the Telangana government.

Telangana Government’s advocate general Ramakrishna Reddy argued that the Cash for Vote scam was not merely limited to the MLC elections, but was part of a larger conspiracy to destabilize the Telangana government. He said the TDP was in power in both the state and the Centre and it could easily have destabilised the government, if it were able to lure away 10 MLAs.

Meanwhile, a case of sedition was booked against Chandrababu Naidu in LB Nagar police station. Separate complaints were also filed against Chandrababu Naidu for making uncharitable comments against Governor.

A large number of people gathered at the high court chamber where the hearing was going on. Anticipation and anxiousness were in the air.
