Results of municipal elections on April 9 : HC

High Court, on Tuesday, gave its judgement on the results of municipal elections in the state.

The court has ruled that the results of the municipal elections should be declared on April 9 only.

The counting of votes of the elections will be done on the same day.

As the court has ruled in the past that the entire process of elections should be completed by April 10, the court felt that the results be declared on April 9 only so that the court can abide by its own earlier ruling.
